We can take fish from the lakes and the ocean and from ocean water we can also make fresh water. Blessed is our Holy Spirit who help us in all that we need.

A life of prayer and meditation can be a nice compliment to ones existence. People should take time to be with their Holy Spirit without individuals interfering. This can be done by gardening, being in nature and enjoying nature, praying by yourself in nature, in a temple of goodness, or before an altar dedicated to goodness, love and the Holy Spirit.
