Examples

A  tribunal was set up  to deal with high crimes as determined by the world court of justice who through providence of God’s Holy Spirit decided brought to justice high crimes as defined by the world court

Exegesis

In situations which require the providence of God’s Holy Spirit a  tribunal is set up  to deal with high crimes.  The tribunal becomes a  world court of justice which is used by God to prosecute or judge the world.  In such a court, God is represented by the prosecutor and judge a person empowered to judge the world. The judgment of God has official addresses but requires no official building or audience and is supernaturally controlled by God’s Holy Spirit. Public writing about the judgment of God is a courtesy given to people and also serves as  a warning.  The words in the Bible and the Koran and many Holy Books are words warning and encouraging men and women do do live good lives. Their pages also talk about the judgment of God.  The judgment of God is always in effect and it makes itself manifest over the affairs of men and women at the appointed time.  This is why it is important never to tamper with scripture or the words of history.  Hiding previous judgments that once were in the public record is not going erase the existence and the providence of God whose justice will always prevail on this earth.
